Blackballed….Really, You Think?!

So Chris Brown’s (aka, CB, Chris Breezy, and Rihanna’s ex) album came out last week and did decent on the charts..debuting at #7 on the Billboard 200 and selling about 102,000 copies. Those aren’t really bad numbers, but to be honest he probably would be #1 some other weeks or at least in the top 3. But no one’s beating out Susan (where did hell did she come from) Boyle right now. But despite the pretty decent sales CB had a little issue this past week with the way his album was being promoted, you might have heard about it, read about it on cnn.com, mtv.com, and all the Hip Hop websites out there…Well homie thinks his album is getting blackballed by the major retailers because of his UFC style beat down of Rihanna earlier this year. My Question to him, what the hell did you think was going to happen? You did a little tour and thought everything was gonna be forgiven and forgotten? Damn dude did you see the pics? lol..You have a lot more work to do before you start being back on top of the charts again. Just relax and pay your dues (again) and don’t start another twitter page again; no social networking at all anymore as a matter of fact…

CB is in a different world when it comes to what happened between he and Rihanna. He was in an abusive relationship, which resulted in a terrible incident earlier this year. He is a man who beat up a woman. Boys can’t hit girls because they are stronger. I feel bad for him because he grew up in an abusive home and it’s obviously the only way he learned how to treat women. But now that he’s an adult and engaged in this behavior, it is apparent to me he hasn’t gotten the intense therapy that he needs. He talks about talking to a pastor and going to anger management; however, neither of these avenues addresses the specific issues of an abusive man. CB has come out with an album over the last few months; further proof that he hasn’t taken the time to address his problems. Unfortunately, he just doesn’t get it…

Boys cant hit girls because they are stronger??? I mean shouldn’t that statement go either way. Domestic violence is not just male on female. It is more commen yes, but there is female to male violence as well. Im not saying Rihanna deserved what happened. Cause NO ONE does. But NO ONE was in the car with them besides them two. They are the only two that know exactly what went down. Didnt they report that she hit him as well? So is that ok since she is a female and is weaker? hmmm,

And is it ok that Mary J. Blidge snuffed her husband because she is a female and is weaker? I find that hysterical actually seeing how she was so anti domestic violence when the Chris and Rihanna thing came out. But now she is knocking her husband out in public… Maybe she thinks like you, its ok cause she is female. But its not. Sorry!
